British Isles Short Mat Championships to go ahead

The British Isles Short Mat Bowls Council has confirmed that the British Isles Championships, due to be held in Scarborough on 29/30 January 2022 will still go ahead.

The English Short Mat Bowls Association, who are hosting the event, will put every precaution in place to ensure the safety and welfare of all players, officials and spectators.

The ESMBA safe bowls protocols will be in place, with the addition of lateral flow tests each day for all players, officials and spectators.
