Women’s triples and two-wood singles at Leamington

Teams from Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Kent and Bedfordshire will do battle today for the Bowls England Women’s National Triples title, sponsored by HugoFox.

The first semi-final will feature Di Hurst, Jan Everitt and Pa Walker from Birstall BC in Leicestershire who face Abby Woodward, Dawn Owen and Sharon Hall from Desborough Town BC in Northamptonshire.

The second semi-final will see Jane Johnson, Sandy Hazell and Wendy King from Milton Regis BC in Kent whose opponents are Jenny Mitchell, Kimberley Tift and Jenny Dowers from Leighton Buzzard BC in Bedfordshire.

The semi-finals will start at 9.30am.
