Australia defeat England in test match
Australia enjoyed a comprehensive win over England at test matches held in Leamington Spa.
The Aussies, who are currently touring the UK, kicked off with victories over Avenue (Leamington) BC and Lillington BC before being pitted against an England development team of junior internationals followed by a squad featuring senior internationals.
The Jackaroo team featured some up and coming stars plus Commonwealth Games medallists.
The Development Test Match took place at Whitnash Sports & Social Club on Saturday, June 30 against a team of current England Junior Internationals.
The Jackaroos won 7-5.

A Test Series then took place at Victoria Park, Royal Leamington Spa, with Senior Team Managers John Bell and Gail Gilkes leading the England Teams which featured Stef Branfield (Somerset), Annalisa Dunham (Lincolnshire), Rebecca Field (Norfolk), Amy Gowshall (Lincolnshire), Imogen Jenner (Kent), Andrew Knapper (Berkshire), Ian Lesley (Devon), Steve Mitchinson (Essex), Mark Read (Cornwall) and Jamie Walker (Northamptonshire).
The Test Series was split into five individual Test Matches, which the Australian Jackaroos won 4-1.
