JERSEY TRIUMPH IN TEST-MATCH
Team Jersey emerge victorious by 19 games to 11 in their recent test-match against Ireland. The event was held in Jersey across three venues; St Brelades Bowls Club, St Saviours Bowls Club and Sun Bowls Club.
Tournament organiser Greg Davis said
“We have no doubt these bowlers will go on to achieve great things both locally and internationally, and just to be given a chance to test ourselves against themย (Ireland) is a huge compliment.”
While both teams included players who will compete at the 2023 World Bowls Championships later this year, Jersey’s full World Bowls team took part.
